Why should I hire a virtual assistant?

How do you ensure confidentiality and data protection?

Coming from a police and healthcare background, confidentiality and data security are top priorities. I handle all client information with strict discretion and only keep data for as long as you are a client. I follow best practice in terms of password management, data retention and file sharing.

Can you attend my meeting or office in person?
​
Unfortunately, no – as the name states, I work virtually and remotely to ensure I can provide support to as wide of a geographical area as possible. However, the service you are provided will not be impacted by my virtual attendance.

What insurances do you have?

I have all the necessary insurances to protect both myself and yourself - including public liability insurance and indemnity insurance. I also have extensive GDPR training to ensure your data is used necessarily and stored safely.

How do you track time for hourly services?

I use an excellent program to ensure my time is best used, completely tracked and you only pay for the time you need. At the end of a completed job, you will receive a breakdown of the time I spent working on your chosen tasks in increments of 15 minutes.

Can you help during busy or holiday periods?

Yes, I’m happy to help during busy or holiday periods if I’m available. Please note that due to increased demand, rates during these times may be higher than usual. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s best to book early!

What payment methods do you use?

The preferred method of payment is bank transfer. If you choose to make use of my services, my bank details and an easy access link will be sent to you. We can discuss other possible methods of payment such as PayPal.

All virtual assistants are brilliant. But, I prioritise providing an adaptable service that is tailored to your needs – not just a ‘one size fits all’ approach. You’re not just another task on my list.
